Yeah i'd say 400-420 ish, i'd defo go with a live map though...
Remember, my 205block on my saff was @ 450 and it lasted fine, still around now actually, BUT if you're going form fresh then 200 block is best.

oh ok didnt realise theyd flow that much, maybe i should keep the greys and add a cam and maybe up the boost, made 412 @ 28psi but i think the msd chip will allow 32 peak
i will be going for live map but just want it back together and then safe some more pennies for that.
Hows your going now pete with all the new bits ?

Yeah i think from memory Greys will do 430-440.......
Yes mine's fantastic, trouble is, i'm pondering something else already...

I'll have to think long & hard cus i have money burning a hole and that's NOT good for me...

Just change the inlet to a BD14 or 15, there's no magic cam, at the end of the day lift and duration control what goes in, I use reground cams, where there is enough base circle, my BD8 is going to be ground to BD15 next year.
Greys will certainly do 450 without a problem.

Power held on so much longer with mine, think i had a 34bhp peak gain and 44bhp gain at high revs

They're on the limit at 450
To the op, I would invest money in head porting and a inlet cam it makes it a far better engine allowing it to breath more up the rev range
I just had my injectors cleaned and they flowed 490cc/min@ 3 bar, official flow is 503.4cc/min.
490cc/min on a cossie = 490/5 = 98 X 4 = 392, making each bar worth 130, now add boost to 32 psi, oddly enough Fast Ford in September 05, page 56, rated the greys from 450-500, that was written by Alastair Maine.
