what oils best for 3dr cossie gearbox n diff

As title was just wondering what oils are best for a two wheel drive cosworth gearbox and differential any help would be appriciated regards Simon

I use straight 80 gear oil for the box, and LSD 75W80 oil in diff.
Don't know about capacity from empty, but 1 pint(or 500ml) is enough easily for my top ups.

T5 box I've ONLY ever used the automatic oil Dex 2 with NO complaints and for the axle SAE Hypoid 90,the rear axle from empty will take around 1 litre!
