Off for a quick 10 day trip to renew my Pilots licence tomorrow, won't be able to sleep tonight!.... Can't believe it's been five years since I was last there, where does time go?

 

Woah that's fucking cool! So it's 5 yearly renewal? What do you need to do exactly?

Do you fly much?

 

If you do 12 hours a year, it's a rolling licence, So you don't need anything apart from a yearly competancy check with an examiner. I havn't flown at all since I did it, fucking expensive over here compared to the states!! Unfortunatly I have fallen out of currency, due to not doing enough hours, So have a bit more to do.

I have to do another skills test, so have about 8 hours refresher training before it, and hopefully will do some more hours just flying about having fun!

 

Nice you have to organize a part ownership on a small plane or something?
