Default anyone do a silent running fuel pump that will flow 400bhp

iv bought a car and the it has a 044 fuel pump under the middle of the car but its soo loud even when you in the car its terrible its not faulty as its been replaced with a new one and does the same. it is mounted directly to the underside on metal with no rubber mounts so that might be causing a bit of noise.

Can you get silent running aftermarket pumps if so what ones.

thanks

Rubber mount it and keep a eye on fuel pipe routing and how the pipe is held to the body.

i would have thought it would be making it a lot louder as it will be resonating through the car it probably wont do the pump much good being solid mounted either

As long as it is gravity fed ( or pump fed ) with a good unrestricted supply of fuel it wont really matter how it is mounted.

But I would never solid mount a pump
