No idea on the 4110 or the 0/90 the only one that matters too u is the 3.92 as thats the ratio! and it wont make that much difference any way so just use it!
yes it all looks standard to me, although im not a diff expert, try pm'ing steveboyslim for a definitive answer, as he deals in a lot of diffs, both standard and modified ones like quaiffe etc.
Thats who I always go to for diff parts/advice.
Its just a standard diff and the writing itself only tells you it's a 3.9 ratio. They markings have been put on by whoever reconned the diff by the looks of it.

hi jeff ,thanks for your input ,so its just standard then
,it looks just like a standard inch71/2 diff with a 3.92 thats been tightened up,
I'm not sure is it 7,5 or smaller 7" diff - it can be Sapphire 4x4 2.0 DOHC 7" diff, which was fitted to this cars. Was exactly 3,92 stamped on it, not 3,90 or 3,91.
You should measure diff housing - is it 7 or 7,5"...
