Default heater matrix ford ka sport

hi all, after some advice on removal of heater matrix on 53 plate ka sport,
im getting hot pipes from the engine to the heater control valve and through the bulk head but am getting no hot air out of the heater inside the car.
i thinking of taking the heater matrix out and giving it a blow through with hose pipe or would it be best to remove the control valve and stick a hose pipe on it whilst its all still in place.

any advice is welcome thankyou simonxr

you sure the control valve isnt knackered? very common on these and your symptoms would suggest its this at fault

untill now and it wont go hot any more.
can these really go wrong again this quick,
ill try another 1 off ebay and try me luck.
just another though, as it more or less the highest point of water travel could this be a air trap problem or you think im barking up the wrong tree.

Could try bleeding it perhaps but yes, they do fail very easily, might be due to a lack of use.
