Default Blood line of Jesus Christ

given the popes visit this weekend, kind of got me thinking a bit deeper...Is there actually a human being walking among us that is the bloodline of Jesus Christ? ??????

I am a believer in faith but am not catholic.

For those that may have read Dan Browns book or seen the Da Vinci Code, how much of this is truth or fiction? From the facts of the Knights of the Templare and the Priory of Sion?

Whats your views?

Should make an interesting read on here................

No as Jesus was a fictional person, so therefore there can be no bloodline. Science is where its at, not religion.

The question was not about the Pope.

It was about the bloodline of the shall we say alledged JC. The Knights of the Templar etc and the Sion.

Amongst other links that i have not mentioned.

i hate religion, just causes trouble,
however it is widely believed that jesus existed,(by scientists and othre very clever people)
he wasn't the son of god or anything special, just a man
but he was a prophet, ans was since made into what we know as jesus by the catholic church,
so if this is true then there is probably a bloodline,
but its just a bloodline from a normal person,
the divinci code is obviously fiction, but its based on stories kept on record by the catholic church, but there are probably fiction too,
so chances are that is fiction based on a true story that is in fact fiction,
confusing but all made up in the end
i read far to much rubbish dont i

As with Jamie

It is quite possible Jesus did exist in real life - yes I appreciate arising from the dead after a couple of days is a little much but then stranger things have happened.

There very probably are people who are ancestors of 'him' seeing he had four brothers and some sisters (well, it's common belief, if not fact). Do these ancestors know? Probably not. There is much discussion about the St Clair (Sinclair) name being relevant.

There's a lot of fascinating reading on the subject, that make Danneth's 9/11 conspiracy stories seem petty and insignificant. I'm really intrigued by the whole Knight's Templar/early Freemason stuff.

There's some very strange stuff around Rosslyn Chapel, which seems connected too. Well worth a Google if you've got a few hours to spare.

Edit: Google 'Desposyni' if you're interested in Jesus' decendents.

Rosslyn Chapel, now you're talking, very interesting that is.
I believe there was a person who people came to know as jesus, but that there is a rational explanation for the alledged miracles that he did, I bet a few on here would like to be able to turn water into wine, saves on pub prices!!

The problem with anything historical is that it can never be 100% accurate, people interprate things in theyre own way, taking into account languages have changed which only adds to the confusion of records.

when there are even doubts surrounding the jews being gased in ww2 which was less then 100 years ago how can you be sure about something that happend over 2000 years.

how do you think the world would react if it was found a clear blood line?
Are the stories in the bible better off in the past as todays world just couldn't handle
those sorts of things?

I would think he did exist and that yes there is a bloodline but as said, what we know or what is said of him now is going to be far from the facts.

Will have been a normal man with a following of believers, guess if he was around today he would be seen as a nut job.

Doubts? 6 million Jews were killed. Unless you're Nick Griffin, or an utter bell piece there are no doubts.

You can believe that a man named Jesus existed without believing all the shit that comes along with the name.

There were a lot of people like him, preaching to 'disciples', it's just that somehow, for whatever reason Jesus came out on top. Then influential people carried on preaching his crap, and time has focused, mutated and grossly exaggerated his story. This story was then taken 'as gospel' by billions of people, some added their own twist, and the rest, as they say, is history.

if mary was a married virgin, why didn't joseph start asking questons?
if my mrs wasn't up for it even after we were married then tells me she was pregnant,
i think she'd be having a little accident down the stairs lol

just shows how far fetched the whole thing realy is, his life story sounds like made up bollocks before he's even born

The Sludge,

i dont think mary gave birth to any other child, its said that mary was a virgin but god made her pregnant hence the PF lot calling her all sorts as she wasnt married, imo there isnt anyone with Jesus's bloodline...who knows though mate, we dont really know what goes on in earth..

here is an interesing one for people to research/read up on.. the pharoe's bloodlines

have a look

The whole virgin birth thing is because aspects of the church who worshipped Mary wanted to keep her 'pure'. It's one of the many ridiculous beliefs the followers allow themselves to believe despite the blatantly obvious flaws.

You can believe that a man named Jesus existed without believing all the shit that comes along with the name.
theres still no documented proof it actually happend, although everyone "knows" it did but its still speculation.

besides the point history will always be open to speculation as time passes documentation gets lost or changed etc etc
