kxf259 04 model. iv recently baught this as a none runner, push started it and got it going,apart from burning oil it also wont start once stopped. its like its got too much compression. i had the rocker cover off and clearances was there or there abouts. im thinking the auto decompressor mechanism is worn and maybe not working properly

any one had problems with this?? my crf450 starts with ease compared
