Will these fit under standard 15" wheels?

I have these on my Fiesta. Will fit under 15's no problem. I have them with 300mm discs under 15" MO's.

as in the description mate, everything to fit an escort mk3/4 without the lines, i guess they could be fit to anything tho if you could get some brackets to suit. but you would have to find out first
