Buy a standard 172 clio for 1500 quid

 

i thought about buying a clio after reading that you recommended them chip,but when you start looking they are a wee bit more than Ł1500 for a 51 plate and usually have problems.my pal had 1 and broke the bellhousing in half,he said they are bad for that,im not 100% sure but maybe his is a 182.
i was at a trackday recently and a clio lost its front wheel coming out of the hairpin,think theres pics of it on here maybe.
i would say an integra type r after buying 1.

 

Perfectly possible to get a mechanically sound but slightly tatty paintwork 172 for 1500 quid mate, you really dont need to pay anymore than that if you are patient and want a track car.
And LOL @ thinking that a wheel come off is some how indicicative of a problem with the entire marque of car, more likely some cunt didnt tighten it properly!

 

lol at you lol'ing thinking i was saying its a problem with the entire marque,i just said a wheel fell off of 1 at a trackday i was at.renaults are unreliable piles of crap so i cant see a 172 being any better.
