Well.. i havent as such done what you asked but...
i lowered it
i changed the colour to a burgandy red
i changed the alloys to some 7 spokes
i Dehandled it
i gave it clear side repeaters and front clear lights
i also colour coded the front and rear bumpers

Here is the final result...

here's a bigger picture,nicely lowered m8 but the color,,,hmmm maybe you can make it dark purple or white.
