You should ask the programmer/mapper/tuner of the eprom this question.
But more power is not possibly without remapping.

You want to blow up the engine in the biggest way possible? Then go ahead and buy from flea-bay. Personally I think you could better donate that money to the Red Cross. Then it will serve a purpose.

Get the car live mapped by somebody who knows what he is doing.

He said it was a chip by Motorsport developments, which is stu off here so why would it blow up?! As long as it is one of his chips and matches the spec of ur car you'll be fine but it will still reguardless need setting up after properly by a tuner yo make sure it's not leaning out when driving. Doesn't need livemapping which isn't cheap but obviously if u can afford it is the best way to go to get the best out ur car.

How are you going to verify the fact this is a chip made by motorsport developments?
If the engine doesn't blow it has to be one?
Or can you read eproms over a phone line before buying and look at the programming methods and style?

Well, forgive me for being suspicious.
I am from an era where the major seller of chips for road cars had the nickname "Destruction Techniques". You can probably guess why.
And "tuners" were selling Group A Ford Motorsport chips (camshaft, greys, 3-bar etc.) as a road chip for standard cars claiming it would give 280bhp. One of those "tuners" wanted me to copy the eproms for him for a tenner, provided I would supply the eproms.
I declined, because Industrial grade eproms were more expensive than that. He said commercial grades would also do the job. Yeah, Right. Until the 2nd day of your wintersport holiday and the car refuses to start.
