Im looking for a SECS Monitor at the moment, and i saw there are different ones, the front is similar, but at the back they look different.

Is it only the optics, or have the different funktions?
Is anyone of them better?
So i want to control a water injektion or spray system with the monitor.

 

Nobody knows anything about the changes??

 

I have an old version, and can control watere inj whit this one.
I have mounted a few, the last one, was the later version, ho have shift light, rpm reader and you can choose bar reading on boost pressure. Thats the only different between this models. You can also get a blue screen version.

Picture dont work. I found out when i mounted them. Maybe flux capacitor will tell you this, as he have made them. Don`t now if they are possible to get new. I just missed one on the bay

new one can show boost in bar, it will be better for me, but i

mines an older 1,
no shift light, but does boost in bar or psi
and can do the water injection

 

Ok, there are some differences.
I want Boost in Bar, and control a water injection.
Shiftlight i have a omex, so i dont need it in the monitor.

Now the only problem is, where can i get a SECS montor?

 

You probably have to go on the bay, or at this side they pop up sometimes

 

Dont think they are made new any more, but I have been told if you send them to the guy who made them years ago (Simon?), he fixs them etc etc, unless that a bullshite story I heard.

I wonder if he can update an old style to run the new style functions? That would be good.

Be warned though that if your running a Coilpack the engine revs function will come out at half the actual engine revs.

Mine is is the old style by the way but only doe's boost in PSI, not both.

 

Why does he stop to make them, i think he can earn good money with them.

I dont think that he will upgrade old ones, dont know.
Im wonder how much different versions it seens to be, the only one who offered me
one dont know something about it, also he never used it.
i hope i can get one who show boost in Bar, its easyer for me.

its not simon you need to send these to as you will be waiting fucking ages for it to come back.

He offered me a Collins monitor, but i have no collins or pectel board, only
a chip ao it doesnt work if i understand it correct.

I dont know if anyone can update them, but at first i have to get one :-(

 

keep an eye ou for a second hand item in that case.

 

i tried ordering a new one from a supplier (cant remeber who) will look it up and he told me once there are 6 ordered he'll make them 6 and send them out from rough memory

 

I look for second Hand since 2 week..

If there a chance to get a new one from (a supplier) tell it to me.
