Default fiesta rs running lumpy ??? help needed please

right i have just put my rs back to standard and now is running very lumpy , now i did change the injectors and chip the ecu but then took the chip out and put the blue injectors back in BUT i used a old set which i just removed from a xr3i engine which had been stood for a while , now when i start the car it will cut out straight away and then when started which it has no trouble doing it will idle very lumpy and splutter till i get over 2500 revs then boosts fine and drives fine ... i have checked for air leaks which all look fine .. any ideas welcome asap ??
