Bought this a while ago and the previous owner said it had been owned by couple of people from this site, just wondered if any knows the car and has any info about it.

cheers for posting the pics i didn't intend buying it, but you know how these things go lol had a good look over it and it seems a good solid straight car. the only thing i dont like about it is the wheels but i can live with them until i can get an original set.

 

That's the 1st thing I was going to do, a mint set of standard alloys, and it will look much better

Theres a set of re furbed rs500 wheels on pistonheads for £250 at the moment

 

Looks a nice example that, i thin a guy called Craig i know used to wn it, he's into Evos now..

 

i am sure its of a guy from the black country group simon very nice clean car ,been in the group for a number of years a nice specced engine just needs some decent wheels to set it off

 

My spare wheel has your reg stamped on it Its been living in my boot for all the time Ive owned my car (nr ten years), complete with its D40 Dunlop tyre. Im afraid I let the others go.

 

It looks very much like my mates old cossie. he sold it a few years ago.
Mint condition, lowish mileage, running on hocks.
If it is, then this was a very nice car, he sold it for around 12K

His username on here was wayne3dr if I remember.
The upgrades were done before he owned it.
Will try to find out more

 

I left them down at TopBoss but never went back for them....probably been sold on now chap. Going by my spare they most probably wernt your cars original set as my spare is date stamped as '89. It probably had a set robbed, leading to insurance buying a new set. I remember fitting a set of steels and trims to a newly new saff cossie many moons ago as the owner had had enough of people robbing his cossie oe rims
