Cosworth Plumbing questions
I hope I have put this in the right place!
Right I am trying to identify what goes where for plumbing purposes, As the engine isnt in a sierra and I dont have one at hand to copy and have a look at! I have taken a few pics and would greatfully appreciate any help you guys and girls can give me with identifying whats what and where it goes!

I know some of it is obvious and I have a rough idea but dont wanna risk getting it wrong! Thanks in advance!

1 goes to turbo water cooling(inlet), outlet from turbo goes into expansion tank, 2 is just a bleed facility on the stat housing, the main stat housing(outlet) large pipe goes to the top of the main radiator, the other is the heater matrix supply, assume you are not using a matrix/heater then, if so need to also block off the head outlet under the inlet where the coolant temps sender for the ecu is, near dipstick.

1 Turbo water feed (feeds (8))
2 blank it off
3 Heater matrix feed
4 Radiator top hose
5 Turbo oil return (fed by (7))
6 Head water feed from modine (water-oil cooler between block and oil filter) if fitted. If no modine fitted, should be fed from heater matrix
7 Turbo oil return to sump (feeds (5))
8 Turbo water feed from (1)
9 Turbo water return to header tank (can also run this through a cooler rad if you want)
10 - Turbo oil feed - comes from towards the back of the block on the inlet side (via a large T piece adaptor where the oil pressure switch also fits, shown in photo 3)
Note : You've got a 2wd thermostat housing and water pump fitted. If you're going to use the 2wd set-up, then you'll also need a 2wd bottom radiator hose. This includes a 16mm diameter (approx) T piece in the middle of the hose (the 4x4 hose doesn't have this). This "T" is connected to the header tank via a metal water pipe (that attaches to the bottom of the radiator) and a further rubber hose. (have a look on ebay for a 2wd bottom rad hose, and you'll see what I mean)
