i forgot to log out on my mates account

so if anyone can hgelp with this please

got a problem

car is running silkoliene pro s 10-50 and needs a top up but carnt get any until monday

can i use a bit of mobil 1 oil 15-50 for a couple of days until i can get some oil to do a full oil change

as im not too sure about mixing oils

 

this is for me i forgot to log out again lol

if anyone can help me please be much appriciated
