Will the XR4I rear anti rollbar fit my 3 door sierra with 2wd cosworth suspension?

Yes mk1 xr4i rear arb exactly same shape as the 3 door cossie, without a doubt, as had one and converted to a sapphy one, my dad still has one on his xr4i(mk1) also, from memory the 4i was 10mm and the 3 door cos was 14mm, but still do next to nothing, sapphy cos one way to go.
