Default coughigng and spluttering

my rst has started to cough and splutter and im not getting much boost the gauge reads 10 psi but im hardly feeling anything at all .Not to sure which way to go could it be cam, timing, ignition, actuator ive fitted new boost hoses. And yesterday put a bleed valve on took it round the block and it boosted to 23 psi for about 1 second before i stopped and it wont adjust to lower it so put the amal valve back on.PLEASE CAN ANY ONE HELP ME

with the bleed valve just screw it right in and thats min boost after that you need to set your actuator iirc

also would be wort quickly pulling the plugs out and check the condition of them get a torch and check the tops of the pistons through the plug make sure everything looks ok

23psi is quite alot lol hopefully you have not done any damage

try this first
