Default 1.8 zetec runing mfi turbo managment?

simple few questions

1 can i run a 1.8 zetec engine in my s2 using the standard management inlet / exaust manifolds and injectors?

2 if all parts wont bolt up are there conversion plates for the inlet / exhaust manifolds do i need different injectors / ecu or what?

basically i dont want silly power and my rs engine is pretty screwed been offered a 1.8 zetec engine but i dont have the money to change managment and i still want to run the turbo need to know asap please guys!

wouldnt do it mate

is of all the compression is far to high to strap a turbo to

nothing will line up

you need oil return

oil feed

looooods more be better going full z/t route if you cant afford that atm rebuild your rs lump

sorry buddy cant answer that one

theres still loads of factors you have to think of

1 decompression plate

2 oil feed /return

3 head work to acept turbo manifold( ie drill and tap zetec head to takee rst mani)

4 fuel set up (pump/injectors /ect (your best option is prob frst loom and ecu)

5 clutch/box

the list goes on lol

if you want to use the efi head

type in zvh conversion in the search

cvh head will bolt onto zetec bottom end with no issues mite be safer to block 4 oil ways up tho that arnt used. this converson is commonly called zvh

yes i did it years ago on my s2...with mfi easy job to do....you will need a plate for the water pump as the pump on the zetec is bigger than the cvh.and you just get a pipe welded in the sump for the oil return...look on ebay
