i work in a smal garage that my boss rents off of our landlord theres a small section of land near the garage that the landlord owns that in his contract allocates my bosses company parking space for three cars!
theres a bloke renting an office that is using the land to do up cars to sell them on and employing people to fix them up.
now personally i dont care as long as my focus gets a parkng place and its clean thats fine but these guys are animals!
fillering and sanding down cars swapping engines into cars right next to our one!
two blokes taking the clocks out of a fiesta looking sketchy!
the propper car sales upstairs hpid some of there stock and most of them are write offs the landlord does not care and i personally does not want my focus next to some people spraying cars with rattle cans!
what can i do?
cleaned the car twice this week because it was covered in filler dust and they just laugh about it!

Best to have a quiet chat with the guy and tell him that you've had a nightmare because there was a load of overspray on your car and you had a nightmare cleaning it off.Tell him that if their going to spray could they ask you first so you can make sure your cars out of the way.tell him that the cars important too you and not some shed you just use for work.explain that there's a few people muttering about what he's up to but all you care about is your car so a little respect would be great.still no joy?take photos,tell them your car keeps getting damaged,tell them you've seen them using spray cans in a public area that affect the ENVIRONMENT,say you've heard them use abusive language,seen them clocking cars etc.the more shit that gets piled on them the more the council will go down and act.business rates?they should be paying them so mention that as well if you think there not!!!!

told eastleigh bourough council all that and they did sod all! put it like this my focus is a 1.6 if i brought a crash damadged rs and started swapping engines etc over i would have the landlod screaming in my ear to move the thing and not to do any work up there! so wheres the logic then?
every time the landlord comes down my gaff after a freebee i want to tell him to fuck off!
