an 044 uprated pump is 200lph and 5 bar but a 2.8v6 pump is 6 bar? may be a sill question but could you use v6 pump on a cosworth?
The pump just moves fuel, the pressure is created by the pressure regulator, and 044 will lock out around 10 bar from memory but flow rate goes down as pressure increases
