What are people recommending, had a fairly recent rebuild and ony covered a couple of thougsamd miles but been sat around in storage quite a while so going to go through it, what do people reccomend for it

 

hi there a good quality 10/40 or 15/50 will do the trick. i use castrol magnatec in my 3dr. hope this helps!

 

nms reccomended millers motorsports cfs 10/60 good stuff hardly ever uses any compared to the mobil 1 crap mine used to cough that out for fun

 

Depends how you've run it in, if you have already started giving it grief, as you should have, then a 50 weight should be ok, like pro s or whatever it is called now.

I thought 15w50 myslef as ths is what most people recommend. Whats people opinions on plugs also as i see so many avaliable. my local motor factor can order me in some ngk's that are specific to cossies for a good price but i see more people using denso plugs at £40 a throw
