i have got a 1.8 silvertop zetec that im running in a mk5 fiesta that i want to turbo over the coming 3 months so i want to start to buy parts now im looking for 210-220 bhp.

inlet manifold?????( r s turbo efi one????)if so what about adapter plate???
throttle body??? (rs turbo one???)
idle control vale ( rs turbo one???)

exhaust manifold ( which one im unsure)
turbo ( t3 ok for this? or would a stage 3 t3 or similar be better???)
