Any tips? I'm looking to take a windscreen off a Sapph. I have removed the plastic scuttle panel from round the windscreen wipers and I have pulled the outer seal off. What's next? Thanks.

And door removal on a Sapph. Beat the pins out of the hinges with a hammer and drift?

The windscreen is bonded in isn't it ? If so, I doubt you'll get it out in one piece.

Undo the nuts from inside the A pillar to remove the doors - 4 nuts per door, and the check-strap bolt. Get ready to catch the reinforcing plates, though.

 

only way to get the screen out is with either a tool called a kent knife which cuts through the glue,or using a long bladed stanley and a bottle of soapy water and slice away at the rubber from the inside,sierra screens though can be a pain if there is any rust on the lower part of the scuttle panel or the window frame itself

you need 2 persons for this. i removed all my windows with the wire without any damage.

As said, screen is bonded, so you'll need to cut it out. If you've never done it then unlikely you'll get it out in one piece - specially if it's not in great condition to start with (much pitting and/or stone chips on it)
