i put new 4x4 calipers and rear cylinders on the s2 this weekend, bled the system, normal way load on the rears etc, but my pedal travels to far nearly goes to the floor.

Any ideas what i could do to get a normal pedal travel

 

sounds like a bit of air stuck in the system, when i change the fluid i use a fluid of different colour to the one i'm removing so i can tell when it's worked it's way through the system

 

i bled the system again and got more air out, but not great still, im puttin it down to the rear shoes.

 

clamp both rear hoses if the pedal comes good it prob is the shoes

 

prob being dump here but how will that work?

 

also when engine is off the brake pedal should go hard if pump it, mine doesnt it bet sniffer but not hard like it should go

 

deffo air or your master cylinder has gone
