I'm after an intercooler and rad and after searching a few places i've come accross these;

This looks like the RS500 type for the xr4ti/merkur, the pipe angle is wrong on the cooler outlet so will defo need cut and shutting, don't know about quality as never used these, I use airtec.

got one on mine mate, like tabetha said the pipes need cutting back slightly and i have to use a 76/63mm reducer to step down to std 2wd boost hoses no real bother, but they work well, you could use the rs500 boost hoses though?

 

i bought one couple years ago. worked fine, but need the be hammered into possistion, as it was a little wide for the front panel, the hoses were 76mm, so needed custom ones from roose, and one pipe needed cutting down

i've just picked up a ah fabrications one to replace it

 

just buy an Airtec
