As above really! What oil do people use for this engine. Baring in mind it wont driven like granny going to the shops!

5W 30 is listed isn't it? But that seems a bit thin for my liking!?

Even if driving it hard all the time. Just seems to me that it'll be like water when its hot lol

It might go on track days so don't wanna have to change the oil for that, sure 5w 30 is ok?

Maybe get Ford Formula F (Fully synthetic) as that is only £20ish from my local Ford dealers for 5 litres.

I've got Mobil 5W-30 fully synthetic - was on offer at £22 (5 ltrs) so that sold it to me!

Is Fuchs silkolene 10w/50 any good for them? I have a spare 5litres there that was for the Cossie. , but just thought if that was good for the focus I would put it in that?
