Track newbie (advice please)
as above, i have had my cossie 2years now, and iam really considering doing a few trackdays this year in my 2wd saph, the car is not concourse but in very good condition, i would want to drive it to and from the track, (silverstone-ford fair, oulton park) and just wanted to know what i would need legally?? i.e helment, can you have passengers etc etc.
also whats parts should i take along, bar the obvious, pads, tyres etc?? the cars stage1 around 280bhp, uprated brembo stoppers, fully polybushed, and is on konis with a 25mm drop, if i get the taste for it i think i,ll strip and cage it, and change the rear beam!
any help much appreciated, cheers in advance,

Dont need a cage to do a trackday. You need a helmet and your driving license.
Passenger usually have to pay a small fee (a tenner)
Thats pretty much it.
Small tool kit and gaffa tape (you would be suprised what that can fix lol), oil, petrol can maybe.
Just prep your car before you go (oil, tyre condition, brakepad life) and enjoy the day, who wants to be bonnet up between outings all day
Go on an open pitlane trackday, sessions are pony
