Default s1 not getting power to fuel pump

been trying to start my s1 after removing fuel tank and refitting again after 6 months and car wont start im not getting power to my fuel pump any1 any ideas

ive got a good earth just not getting live feed to connector under backseats

there you go, its an open circuit between the fuse and plug under the seat. you can test this by putting a false live(a live from the battery) to the plug under the seat and if the pump starts working just rewire to there, if not then ill need a think.
