Default Exhaust Manifold?

Hi, this may have been asked before so sorry if it has.

Whats the best exhaust manifold for the escort rst? ive got a stage 2 turbo on the way and my head has just been ported with bigger valves etc so now looking for the best mani to go with it all.
Its all going on my engine im rebuilding.

but

if one was to come up i would get a ava manifold again, awesome bit of kit with a lot gone into its making

then a hansen one not seen how they work on a relative stock engine but certainly worked well on mk's little fiesta

wont you still see a difference tho

depending on whats its designed to do it should make a difference to the mass produced jobbie

granted it will do 400bhp

but mr c wouldnt you be able to see a difference in how it will spool / rev / boost levels etc

i know its not neededbut its just another way of doing things

I personally don't think there's any benefit atall at 200bhp. I think you may start to see the benefits at 300bhp though.

with some tweeking they have seen 350+, standard manny is plenty good enough
