ive currently got a zetec conversion in my mk5 fiesta and im running a ka gearbox.

i have just purchased a puma gearbox off a friend and wondered how hard is it to change the bell housing????

also how tight are the bolts tourqed??

 

in theory, provided the bell housing is removable, then it should be a simple case of removing the clutch fork and then unbolting the housing from the main box.

And a workshop manual for any ford should give a good indication of torque settings
