Default i,s,c,v? plug gaps? cosworth cutting out on start up!!!

hello some advice please

have a 3 door cosworth which was standard.. b9kos=richie. just put on dark greens 3 bar map sensor 1 turn on the actuator re connect amal valve running 18/19 psi and chipped ecu which is all good apart from clutch starting to slip but the problem is when its cold.

start it from cold and its fine for 3/5 seconds then it idles up and down up and down the cuts out, its a pain for the first 5-10 mins then ok when warmed up.

so far ive taken out the idle speed control valve ,cleaned it with carb cleaner then oiled it with 3in 1 , no difference.

richie adjusted the spark gap a bit not sure what to?,no difference

the car was apparently set up by stu in blackpool from msd is it? by the previous previous owner(nash)who had this on car in the first place then put it back to standard to sell to chris on here who then sold it to me.
i bought the ecu and greens from nash.

now is there something todo with the o2 sensor or no! or shall i take it to a local tuner i,e allan jefferys just to sort out the fuelling or leave it for the big guns up the line

many thanks for reading this

You do not have a Lambda sensor, sounds as if the CO needs setting up according to what the chips been written for.

Is the chip defo for dark greens and any other bits the engine has, what is the warm co, try around 2.5% to see if any better, but as said does sound like lack of fuel when cold, which could be expensive when hot and booting it so needs checking.

also the car does rev on after you change gear..

i mean like when you change gear the revs stick rather than drop off as soon as you lift the throttle

i think the car does need setting up? not sure on co level? i would need a gauge to test this i believe unless someone has in the devon area?

thanks again
