Default How much is a BMW E30 316 automatic worth?

I know there is quite a few BMW fans on here. How much is an E30 BMW 316 automatic worth?

I've been offered one which is White and looks in pretty good condition rust wise. It's done 170k miles I think and is on an H reg. It has small problems like one front light is cracked.

Any suggestions what I should pay? As there are no E30 316's, let alone an automatic one on Ebay to give me an idea, so I'm kinda stuck.

Thanks for any help

i picked one up a couple of years ago - 318i manual coupe - was in excellent condition bodywise but the engine had seen better days.

I only payed 250 for it from my mate - and still left it on his drive for the time i owned it sold it for 300 last year.

That really was a good shell too

an e36 is different to an e30 mate - there is a massive difference in price.

you can get rid of e30 318is for a grand at least all day long.

Im thinking the same. E36's are all over EBAY, but E30's are not. Finding a decent condition E30 maybe quite hard?? I don't wanna pay Ł1000 for a car that is only worth Ł200.

i bought a manual 316 6 months ago, 65k, 12 months mot, 12 months tax, 2 owners, 2 door, in pretty good condition, mint interior, fsh, even has the original spare tire thats never been fitted and all the original tools, etc etc, it set me back Ł575, so it sounds like the auto with that mileage, Ł400 or less, but thats with good tax n mot imo, hope that figure helps.

join E30zone.net, they'll tell you what its worth, they reckon mine's worth no more than Ł900 on a good day, which is why i'm gonna hold onto it n park it next my mk2 escort, , then see what its worth in a few year, hopefully alot more, lol

is it a 2 door, 4 door or touring? I bought a 316 manual touring for Ł200 a few weeks ago, with long tax and mot that was crazy cheap though tbh.

My 2 door 323i was cheap at Ł500.

If its clean and 2 door I would say Ł500 - Ł1000, prob about the same for touring and little less for a 4 door, although these are still desirable enough.
