How much are people paying for a pouch duty free?

 

canna remember but its a hell of alot cheaper thena it was in the shops only thing is you struggle to get some kinds of pouches in some other countries. i was put on the hunt for amber leaf for granny think i was £40-£50 for 250g (10x25g pouches)

 

i sell it for 70 quid for pack of 10, or 7 quid single, u get cheap fake saw dust that sells cheaper

 

£6/£7 depends on whos selling it

 

fucking hell! I pay a max and i mean max of £5.50 for a 50g pouch. Usually samson. I'd rather have golden virginia just got 10 pouch's for £43.00

 

think of the national deficit you tax dodgers are contributing to

 

im paying £3.30 for 50g of cutters choice.

I average around 1 x 50g pouch in around a week........

Its a serious problem throughout the 90s tobacco fraud alone amounted to £1.5 Billion a year, its currently about 500 million a year

So everyone trying to get a cheap (illegal) deal is costing us (in billions):
fags 0.5
Booze 0.4
VAT missing trader 2.0
fuel NI 0.7
fuel rest UK 0.5
So thats 4.1 billion on just import fuels and high tax goods

Total fraud costs £30 billion a year. Thats £621 a year for each adult

Id rather 30 billion a year extra was being paid off on the national deficit than allowing you to have cheaper fags/booze which are luxury goods you DONT need.

Cigarette fraud is 6.5 times more costly than the MP expenses

Remember only £11 million of the expenses were fraudulent!!

That makes smokers smoking illegal fags 45 times a bigger problem than MP expenses

So smokers should look at the facts before bleating about being hard done by

 

but that tax is being paid directly tot he nhs to look after all them smokers who get ill and die, so if they ain't paying into it, and are taking out of it, that makes them worse than them illegal immigrants

 

WRONG. That figure is only what they have been caught for recently. They have been over claiming and false accounting since expences began resulting in Billions of pounds.

 

If everyone in the country stopped smoking and drinking the government would go bankrupt. FACT.

 

Smoking isn't a luxury though it's a habbit, same as bitting your nails or shaking your dick 3 times after going for a piss.

You'd be a fool to think that the £30 billion the government lose out on to "tax dodgers" would actually go back into clearing the countries debt.

The debt will never be cleared..

just people who smoke use hospital's? Dojj we have this thing, its unique. Its called the N.H.S its free treatment to everybody. But thinking about it you may have a point. Smokers only hospitals as smokers pay more tax they should have better treatment. Good idea mate
