That makes smokers smoking illegal fags 45 times a bigger problem than MP expenses
So smokers should look at the facts before bleating about being hard done by
WRONG. That figure is only what they have been caught for recently. They have been over claiming and false accounting since expences began resulting in Billions of pounds.
