Total fraud costs £30 billion a year. Thats £621 a year for each adult

Id rather 30 billion a year extra was being paid off on the national deficit than allowing you to have cheaper fags/booze which are luxury goods you DONT need.
i pay £7 a packet and what about the politicians ripping us off with there expenses
