Need my chassis leg fixed.

I live in Alcester and I have an accident damaged car and need my Chassis leg moving by 20mm I've tried to move it with a scaffold pole and ropes but it wont budge can anyone help?

Needs doing with a jig, so it all lines up right. Get it only a few mm out and the panels won't line up properly.
