Can't believe someone modded it with some decent mods and left the standard cooler on...

That does seem a bit strange??

Put an 500 style intercooler on it and if all else is good i'd have thought you should be close to 340bhp ish??

About 310-330HP, as said doesn't necessarily need RS500 cooler, it will make no difference unless standard can not cope keeping ACT down.

It may of had one at some point but when they sold the car they removed it to make more money by selling it separately.

Cooler as been said is only a limiting factor if it can not cool the charged air and therefore loses power. There is no way to say an exact figure as every engine performs differently based on a variety of factors, health of engines, temperature at time of run etc. I.E another car with the same setup as you may produce more power or vice versa. But based on your spec be around 330HP max at a guess.

Another thing is never believe what some people say, some people "Claim" stupid figures which would otherwise be totally impossible for the spec, even with RR graphs you need to be careful as some forge these.

But they will be running more boost than you are. 380 HP is achievable on T34.48.

If it helps, I am on a T3/34.48(T3 comp housing machined out, T34 trim), slightly mod to inlet ports, run 17/18 psi, for 300bhp, I run greys on mine and a RS500 cooler, act's range from 60C, to a few above ambient, note 60C is after soaking heat after being left 1 hour, but within 1/2 mile dropped drastically, my bhp is mega accurate on rollers that are regularly recalibrated as needed, and re gripped.
At a guess I'd say your i/cooler will be fine at your present level.
