ZVH 1.8 conversion which oil?

Hi guys anyone know which is the best grade of oil to run in the 1.8 zvh conversion on a s2 rst?

From: dont know anymore!!!!

i use mobil 1 motorport have used it for years in my s1, when it was cvh and now zvh.
