Would one different bolt in a bell/rotor setup cause vibration?

I'm looking at setting up an inductive speed sensor to 'read' one of my bell/rotor bolts for my dash.
The kit that i've got has a small magnet that i need to mount, my only concern is that to make it work correctly (sensor spacing etc.) i'll need to use a different bolt, around 6mm longer and mount a small magnet on the end of it.
My only concern is that obviously this will mean that at one point in every rotation there will be slightly more weight in one spot on the rotor/bell assembly.
Is this likely to cause a noticeable vibration?

no it really would make no differance at all, if you think of the very small amount of inertia that little bolt could make so close to the hub, even if it was on the outside of an 18" rim, a couple of grams will do nothing, a stone in the tyre can weigh that much pal.

I've argued this with myself for the last 15 minutes, convincing myself one minute it'd be fine and the next it'd be an issue
as andrew said pretty much!
that close to the hub would cause no problems at all, rubber getting stuck to slicks will cause more of a problem than an offset balance on the rotor.
