Just found out a brand new sierra cosworth could do 175mph back in the day and a guy at work got caught at over 160mph on the motorway in one after him and his pal in a porka 911 raced fuck out of each other and ran from 10 cop cars and two cop helicopters for over two hours!!He got banned for 10yr, a 3yr suspended sentence and fined 5grand!! Its ok though, cause he got his bike licence instead.....Hahaha, I love listening to bullshit!!

When i worked in my local, we had a guy come in on a regular and make up bullshit... some of the favourites were...

- He had a saxo VTR which he put an induction kit on and exhaust and it did 150mph easily...

- He swam for GB (he has a fucked back and shoulder?)

- He crashed into a horse down some country lane, then when the police turned up, luckily he knew the copper.... so the copper took him home to fetch his shotgun so he could shoot the horse to put it out its misery.....

- He finished last in the British GP....

- When he was 12 he got RAPED by over 20 girls....

Thats just a very select few!!!

needless to say, he always bought us a drink when he came in so we just smiled and nodded

I remember being at car show with my classic mini and some bloke came over and started chatting about it. Turns out if you put a honda Vtec engine in one they'll 170 easily

 

All about my mates, mates zetec s that'll pull '140mph easily' even though its standard, and standard, they're only geared to around 130mph. It must be true though, as apparently it was all on the sat nav, even though I've never been shown said top speed on the sat nav. Some people just need to make up shite to make up for something missing in their lives lol.

Oh, and a girl I work with has a mini cooper (new one, 1.6) That'll do 150mph, and she's seen it, but slowed down as it started shaking. She wouldn't have it that they haven't got the power to do that speed!

Im building a new engine for mine at the moment and all I here is get a vtec/get a redtop.....normally along with it'l easily pull x mph or x 0-60.Usually from someone whos never even been near one!

 

Reminds me of a bint trying to tell me her boyfriend's Saxo VTS did 125mph round a roundabout.

 

I worked with a lad with a Cosworth Fiesta...FWD, that ended up being a Zetec turbo then a ZVH. When I offered to have a look at it for him it ended up having the 1.6 NA lump "refitted". He also owned a big power Vectra with a C20LET fitted but said he kept getting pulled by the law so put the 1.8 back in...

Never saw the Fiesta but this is his Vectra...

 

It doesnt offend me, but a lot of users post from corporate networks with strict swear filters so cant load the page up past the swearing.

well heres a thing that happened to me that sounds like pony,,,,,, just today i got tugged for flashing a undercover car out the way,, as it didnt move over i undertook it and shot off... at speed round a long bend that the car couldnt keep up doing 90,,,,, i must have been doing more i guess and i know i was doing over 120 at one point,, on a long open 3 lane carrigeway just outside of central london and guess what they done to me

turned out to be armed undercover old bill told me they cant report me as they would have to arrest me, cant give me a ticket as they aint got there book and they are on there way to a job,,,,,

SO THEY LET ME OFF WITH A WARNING !!!!!,,,,, ALMOST 3 TIMES THE SPEED LIMIT TOO
