Cossie T5 Gearbox Oil Question ??

I am having my new clutch fitted soon, was thinking about changin the
gearbox oil whilst i am there as the oil seal has gone, Whats the best oil
or is there a higher grade motorsport type i can use ???

Alex, T5 boxes run automatic transmission fluid AFAIK........Bernie would know best
