can you resize photos with any of the standard windows programs?
as i have a friend who hasnt got any propper photo programs and need to resize alot of photos?

any idea?

 

Do you mean software like Paint that comes standard? You can in that. I use a different program that I could possibly send you on MSN if you want? Would need to find the disc. You could then burn it for your mate or do it for him?

you can download powertoys for xp only, just a right click and select the size you want!

then select one or many pics and right click, choose resize

if you click advance you can choose to resize but keep same name, as for default it does change it,

test and see
