whats scrap on cars atm is it quite high or quite low.

i was thinking of taking my old escort cab to we buy any car but ive herd bad things and its in bad condition so was thinking of scrapping it instead any ideas?

 

Got £30 for a Clio last September.

yeah lol... £30 for it and they never even put it in the yard.... it drove its last few yards straight to the crusher!!

 

i scrapped an escort 55 van december and got 120. scraps slowly going back up.

 

oh rite thats bad cars used to fetch like 100quid or something maybe i will try that we buy any car then

got 195 for a volvo and 140 for a cavalier yesterday so slowly creeping back up about a year and half ago was getting easy 200 for an escort

 

you would be better off taking it to a scrap yard than 2 we buy any car or put it on fleabay for a buy it know price

 

before ya scrap it my m8 needs some window rubbers have ya stripped it and what condition is it in, i got offer 275 quid for my rs turbo at webuyanycar.com

 

fill the boot with breeze blocks & burst the lock then soak the seats with water & any old metal then scrap it

 

haha yea they check there car quite good round hear so cant really do that, i was thinking of selling it but ive got 2weeks till the insurance is up so need it gone quite quickly really but if i can get 150quid for it then thats not bad really i only paid 200quid for it nearly a year ago any way so

I'm taking a car in this morning but it is full to the roof with brake disks coil springs and also got sierra hubs cross members and rear beams on the trailer aswell

My neighbour got £70 for his Polo a few weeks ago. that included collecting it 15 miles away too

needs a new roof and bit of rust and paints faded on the bonnet quite bad im in hoddesdon hertfordshire

ive heard in brumits 165 a ton and going up

 

a mate tried selling her 96 megane to we buyanycar , short mot and log book missing, they said they will give her £70, but charged a £50 admin fee (i guess this was to sort log book)
