Got the oppertunity to get an RS2000 cheap as it is being sold as a non-runner about 30 miles from where I live, There is no rust on it which is the main thing, but the gentleman selling it has said that he put a new engine in with high lift cams as the old one had blown, but he cant get it to start, apparently it will turn over but wont fire, so what possibilities could it be?
