walk into your local plod shop, and say you would like to report it and not leave your name

saying that, they are so incompentent they would prob try and do you for no insurance

just click on askmid that it is your car, and it will tell you if its insured or not, no one is going to come and arrest you for lieing on the form, lol

you can probably do it here by adding it in the other comments box.

withholding your number doesn't work.... they usually tell you your phone number then ask you why you had it withheld ...lol

As chip said, just tick the box on askmid, its not as if anything will happen if its NOT your car your checking, i mean why the hell would you check your own car if you know your insured and payed it

Ditto, I have no sympathy for drink drivers or those with no insurance/lisence. They deserve all they get before they take some innocent sod out with their stupidity

Just click the yes box on askmid, you are not breaking any law whatsoever, if you have "just cause" to believ it can prevent a crime being commited you are 100% legally allowed to do this, I must do at least 20 a week.

i would grass, me bird bought a brand new 207 cc gt saved up for ages for a good deposit, a week after owning it some cunt stoved into it in a car park and she wernt even in the car, he drove off obviously as hed had no insurance caused 2k's worth of damage. She had to pay the excess of 600 quid and claim on her own insurance....

If that happend to my saph id track the cunt down and do some serious damage.

You really need to find yourself a girlfriend or something.........

Do you sit at the side of the road dressed like a trainspotter writing down plates to check they're insured?

Same here Olly, i hate grasses, he may be in the wrong but its none of your business so keep out IMO, if i was that bloke and you grassed me you would make an enemy for life.

Oh and by the way I presume all the moral highgrounders on here must hate speeders who lose control of cars and kill pedestrians yes....?
Yet we all praise and worship JB Fletch and the likes when they`ve been hooning around in the Cossies.Same type of offence IMO.

Fuckin wankers on here these days like!

Few floors to your statement. 99% of the time speeding will cause nothing more than an empty petrol tank. If somebody lost control of their car killing somebody then yes they would get a load of abuse for it. Difference is with speeding is when it all goes tits up any injured party isn't left high and dry.

Being a grass make you a busy body, driving without insurance just makes you a cunt

Few floors to your statement there Noco, 99% of the time un insured drivers will cause no harm, they dont go out there way to crash but accidents happen, like speeders dont mean to lose control and crash and kill people they just do. NEXT...

I think probably most people dislike grasses (myself included) but at the same time i think that there are certain things that everybody would grass somebody up for eg peadophiles, granny bashers etc. The thing is everybodys level of what they consider acceptable before grassing is different - some people would grass for trivial things, others would only grass on more serious issues. Basically it's up to the OP to decide where his "grassing level" is.
If you are sure that he is uninsured then i don't think many people would knock you for tipping off the plod (well a lot of people might slag you off but i bet they would be the first to start moaning if an uninsured driver ploughed into their pride & joy or worse family).

I'd say he is, the business of his car insurance premium, and mine for that matter.
There is nothing I hate more than the idea of uninsured drivers, what on earth makes them think they have the right?
