Default Anyone received a paypal e cheque?

reason i ask is I got one last week to pay for some parts I sold, it said I would get an email when it clears, the money is showing in my paypal account and the mail duly arrived but it lookes a bit home made to me and is just normal typing , don't want to be scammed and send the stuff only for the money to be removed from the paypal account for any reason

Just log into your paypal account directly, and check to see if its cleared and says 'ok to post'.

i think it usually means the buyer dont have the money in his paypal account so youll basically be waiting for it to clear from their bank account
dont send untill its cleared

It all depends really mate, ive had them take between 3 days and 20 days! It sems that the higher the value, the longer it takes. Which of course is bollocks as they all clear within a few days and its purely a way of paypal keeping hold of the money for longer gaining the interest.
