how about doing it just like a brake line by having a custom rubber pipe made to take the kunifer pipe nut, you can get your own flaring tool for next to nothing then just scew it up, the pipe shouldn't cost much at all my mate had to have one made for his clutch slave cylinder and i'm sure it didn't break a tenner

i'm sure flea bay have the brake line bolts that'll screw into the female end of the rubber pipe

for what it'll cost mate the security for a new hose on an injection system it's prob's not worth the hassle of risking a hose blowing from a bodge, less connections will mean less risk of it leaking under pressure too.

I had the original steel pipes running from rear to front of car on mine. I then made a join at the bulkhead to Aeroquip fittings for the engine bay. I did this by measuring the OD of the steel pipe, then going into a hydraulics place who supplied me with a compression fitting then went onto the steel pipe and left a female thread. I was then able to adapt this female thread to the dash fitting I wanted. You could do the same, but adapt to a hose tail with a thread on one side.

"bodge"

i was thinking something like the pic below,i found some bits at work and mocked it up they wont do as they dont quite match but its a compression fit to the kunifer pipe with a barbed stub for the hose.
i dont want to just clip rubber hose straight to kunifer pipe without a swaged end and i cant think of another way.
ill go to my local hydraulics shop in the morn see if they have what i need.
