IMO i wud got for st170 manifold/cat/flexi with S.S catback. Also K&N panel filter (can use 2.0 air deflector and st170 snorkel as well)

Then your prob lookin at performance cams and verniers or 65mm TB.

iv got milltek 4-2-1 and decat ss system power engineering induction kit. Was dyno'd then at 143bhp since added cams and remap now around 160bhp.

 

is that 1.8 or 2.0? Wot remap did u go for?

Yeah it's a 1.8 id say that's about average 4 the mods. Think it's a uni chip just done by a local tuner (b.d engineering) nothing special really. Keeps wiv st170 so happy wiv that. Doin same 0-60 at ford fair.

St170 mani no cat ss rite through to back box slightly higher comp, lightened flywheel, piper fast road cams and pullys,and will be getting a remap plus arp bolts through out,
